many of you have joined the KEN WILBER MEETUP program which features
(planned) meetings in 165 cities throughout the world. in these cities
the minimum number of 5 participants has resulted in real life meetings:

let me explain the normal procedure of the MEETUP program:

1. members can sign in at the http://kenwilber.meetup.com website
2. they can vote for a preffered location (date is set by the Meetup
program once a month)
3. when the number of participants is 5 or more, eacht gets a
notification 3 weeks in advance to vote
4. a few days before the meetup, a reminder is sent to vote for a
location
5. if 4 or less members have voted, the meeting is cancelled.

the upcoming KEN WILBER MEETUP is due on Wednesday April 2.

NOTE: it turns out that many of you haven't received the reminder
mentioned under #4, so have forgotten to vote for a location, so the
meeting has been cancelled by the system. i will check with the Meetup
organisation if this is due to a bug in their program. feel free to
arrange a meeting anyway, by contacting members you know by now. even a
meeting of 2 people can be fun if wilber is the topic!
