"Is in-sight point-less? In-sight isn't a construct or a belief-system we 
can learn or study; in-sight isn't something that we can make happen, nor 
something that we can force; in-sight arises on its own accord. In spite of 
our in-sight that becoming aware of our body doesn't happen by thinking about 
it, but rather by feeling and sensing into it, we don't seem to rely on the 
same logic when it comes to our mind or spirit. Hence, instead of inquiring 
into our mind, which is how become aware of it, we think about it. Similarly, 
instead of contemplating the purpose of our human existence, which is how we 
become aware of our spirit, we either identify ourselves with it, reject it, 
or blindly believe in it. "
