Ken Wilber and Spiral Dynamics use a system of colors to designate stages of development (see Table 1). What questions would you ask (using all the four quadrants) to help people move from one stage to the next?[1]
What are the greatest stumbling blocks that prevent these stage transitions? Please specify per stage.
How best to avoid that these stage transitions happen only in the Upper Left quadrant, but that development in the other quadrants lags behind?
