ISRAEL'S WAR IN GAZA - Genocide or War Crimes? - ELLIOT BENJAMIN

As a liberal-minded Jew, it does not leave me much satisfaction to conclude that Israel is not committing genocide in Gaza, but “merely” war crimes. But this is my conclusion, as the matter is currently being debated in the International Court of Justice in The Hague, and in the process of concluding this I must acknowledge Joseph Dillard for prompting me to come more fully to terms with Israel's egregious actions.
