Integral World has been buzzing lately with essays about artificial intelligence (AI). In these essays, as well as in a number of comments to these essays, a range of views have been described, accentuating both the positive and negative aspects of AI. But for me, the bottom line is that in spite of AI's tremendous potential for development of knowledge in virtually all spheres of human endeavor, there are grave dangers that accompany the development of AI.
